1. Agreement to Terms
By registering for or participating in the Festival of Yoga ("Event"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Assumption of Risk
You understand that yoga involves physical activity, which carries risks of injury, including serious or disabling injury. You agree to listen to your body, take breaks when needed, and consult with instructors when unsure.
Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. Yoga is not recommended under certain medical conditions, and it is your responsibility to consult a physician before participating. You affirm that your participation is based on informed and voluntary consent.

3. Release of Liability
You agree to irrevocably release and hold harmless Hatha Vidya Yoga Center LLC, Envisage International Events LLC, their affiliates, teachers, and instructors from any liability, claims, damages, or legal fees incurred due to:

• Injury or medical issues.
   

• Loss or damage to property.
   

• Technical issues during virtual or in-person participation.
   

• Any inconvenience or incident related to the Event.
   

4. Media Release
You consent to being photographed and recorded during the Event and allow the use of your image or likeness in marketing material, including social media, websites, and printed materials, without compensation.

5. Participant Information
You confirm that all the information provided during registration is true and accurate. Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign the waiver. You consent to use your contact information to send you updates on our courses and activities.

6. Changes and Cancellation
We reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the Event in part or in full. In such cases, we will communicate changes promptly through the contact information you provided.

7. Governing Laws of UAE
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the UAE, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
